Banana Brownie Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup -> All-purpose flourUnsweetened
1/3 cup -> Unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup -> Nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp - > Baking soda
1/4 tsp -> Salt
1 large - > Banana
1 cup - > Sugar
2 large -> Egg whites
1/4 cup -> Buttermilk
1 tsp -> Vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. Coat baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Mix the flour, cocoa, milk powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Turn the banana in puree and add the sugar, egg whites, buttermilk and vanilla in food processor until it smooths. Add dry ingredients and pulse just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Cut into 2 inch squares.
